Changing your username

Your username is how people find and mention you. It has 3 to 30 characters (letters, numbers, underscores and dots, with no dot at the start or end), and you can change it once every 30 days.

On the website

  1. Go to Settings, then Account.
  2. Next to Username, choose “Change”.
  3. Type the new username and choose “Save”.

On iPhone and Android

Open your Profile, tap Settings, then “Edit profile”, and change your username there.

If you can't change it, the 30 days haven't passed yet. The website shows the date you can change it again.
