Contacting support

We read every message. Write to [email protected], from the email address of your account if it's about the account.

On the website you can also go to Settings, then Help & support, and choose “Report a problem” for a bug or “Contact us” for anything else. Either opens an email with the subject filled in.

The more detail, the faster we can help: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and which device or browser you use.
