Creating an account

You can join Lysties on the website or in the iPhone and Android apps. It's free, and you can look around without an account first. You only need one to post, love, save, comment and follow.

On the website

1. Go to Lysties and choose “Create account”.
2. Enter your email address and pick a username: 3 to 30 characters, with letters, numbers, underscores and dots, and no dot at the start or the end. We tell you as you type whether it's taken.
3. Choose a password of at least 8 characters.
4. Choose “Create account”, then enter the 6-digit code we email you. That confirms your address.

On iPhone and Android

Open the app and tap “Create account”. It asks for the same things: your email, a username and a password, then the 6-digit code from your email.

Prefer not to type? Continue with Google, or with Sign in with Apple on iPhone, and skip the password and the code. See “Signing in with Google or Apple”.

After that, a short setup helps Lysties fit you: your city, the kinds of places you like, a name and a photo, and a few people to follow. You can skip parts of it and change everything later.
