A photo or post won't send
Most upload problems come down to the connection. Here's what to do, depending on where you are.
On the website
- Photos start uploading as soon as you add them, so you can carry on with the next step. If one shows an error, remove it with the × on its thumbnail.
- Check your connection, then add the photo again.
On the website, uploads don't wait for you to come back online. Reconnect first, then add your photos.
In the apps
If you post without a signal, the post is kept on your phone as “Queued” and sends itself when you're back online. If it still can't send after a few tries, it stays on your phone and you can retry it or delete it. You can see what's waiting under Settings, “Offline drafts”.
A message saying you need to sign in again? Sign in, and your post sends.
